Please send an email or call local rep, Steve Toth (The Woodlands, TX) for submitting a pre-filing of his pre-filing of his constitutional amendment on 12/2/2020 to require a special session of the Texas Legislature to determine if a governor can extend a state of emergency past 30 days.
It is important that we hold our Governor to account and not have individual authority to lock down our state for an emergency without the Legislation’s approval. We the People need to ensure that our voice is always heard!
